• Any order not supplied with shipping preferences will be shipped with the carrier of our choice.

• Any order without shipping instructions will be processed in a reasonable period of time, but no guarantees are made as to the date you will receive your order.

• All orders are made through a shopping cart program.  If the shopping cart screws something up - we're very sorry, and will try our best to fix it.  But we, on this side, are trapped within the cart's limitations just like anyone trying to make a purchase.  Let's just hope this thing works fine!
