Your order will be shipped as soon as it is processed and products are in stock. If you have a certain date that you absolutely need your order by, please specify that in the order comments.
Your order will be shipped via either Fed Ex or UPS. When your tracking number is sent to you, the shipping carrier will be noted.

Returns must first be authorized with an RMA. To get an RMA, send an email to:
Please include the following information when requesting a RMA:
- order number
- a contact phone number
- product to be returned
- reason for the return
You will receive a reply with the RMA number and information on how to return the product. Track-It-Up charges a 10% restocking fee for all returns and will not refund shipping costs, unless the return was due to a defective item, or due to a mistake on our part.
